Synopsis

MacGyver finds himself compelled to collaborate with a hardened freelance agent on a mission to extract a human rights advocate from a Czechoslovakian psychiatric facility. The operation appears successful, only for the secret police to retaliate by abducting the activist’s wife, using her as leverage to recapture him.
