Synopsis

MacGyver worked to extract a reporter from a Central American nation, the journalist in possession of evidence connecting a general to an illicit arms dealer. As they neared the border, it became apparent that passage into Mexico would present a formidable challenge; the general and his associate had secured every conceivable route with rigorous defenses.
