Synopsis

The episode opens with MacGyver forced into an improbable act of desperation: leaping onto a speeding train he’d previously missed, his mission to deliver highly sensitive files to the U.S. Government. Almost immediately, the train is halted by a local tribe who seize all the passengers. Their demand is stark: the individuals responsible for the death of the tribal leader's son must be identified and delivered to them.
