Synopsis

During the Wild West Festival, an air race, a boat race, and a road race unfold. The Buzzard plane, piloted remotely, launches an attack on the M.A.S.K. agents, while the Mayhem Bros. infiltrate a clandestine airplane test center with the intent of stealing plans for a revolutionary new jet.
