Synopsis

Here in Holland, a wealthy man has engaged V.E.N.O.M. for a theft: the acquisition of a device capable of generating ultrasonic vibrations. His ambition is to attain the vice presidency of the Netherlands, and he’s issued an ultimatum – failure to comply will result in the destruction of all the nation's dykes. He intended this as mere posturing, a regrettable oversight given that Mayhem never resorts to empty threats.
