Synopsis

Charles’s disappointment at being denied a future medical posting back home sparked such fury that he withdrew completely, refusing to speak with anyone in the unit. It took a fabricated telegram, sent by Hawkeye and B.J., purportedly from his family, to thaw him out. Simultaneously, a young soldier named Jerry Wilson found himself unable to recall who he was, prompting a call for assistance to Sidney Freedman.
