Synopsis

On the sprawling estate of Lord Marquess in England, a gathering is held for those captivated by railways. The grounds boast a life-sized replica of a railroad, a centerpiece for the occasion. Zenigata persuades Inspector Queen of the New York Police Department that Lupin will be present, seeking to pilfer a valuable, historic railway ticket, and thus, the Inspector accepts an invitation to the party.
