Synopsis

A scientist, well-stocked with peculiar contraptions, inadvertently creates a robot capable of producing diamonds. Gavotte, a New York gangster, intends to gift the device to his sweetheart, Baby, but it only yields ice. This initiates a string of absurdly flawed transactions involving the doctor and his creation, culminating in a clandestine exchange at a local amusement park. Is it possible to restore the robot to its intended purpose?
