Synopsis

Ellary Queen, proprietor of the famed sapphire, the Eye of Solomon, also commands the Red Eagles football team. Lupin, true to his word in seeking the gem, withdraws his pursuit upon finding Queen near death; an attack has already been made, an attempt to deliver the sapphire to him. Bolonco, son of Detective Lt. Columbo, deduces that the jewel remains un-stolen. But who is responsible?
