Synopsis

In Japan, Gordon, an FBI computer specialist, prepares to activate a revolutionary machine – one purported to forecast crimes and prescribe their prevention. The Metropolitan Police Department places its hopes on this technology, believing it may finally lead to Lupin's capture.
