Synopsis

Fujiko has taken something from Pycal, a theft he is determined to rectify. A magician of considerable power, Pycal commands flames from his hands, effortlessly traverses the air, and deflects bullets with practiced ease. Lupin finds himself in opposition to Pycal, driven by the hope of rescuing Fujiko. (Pycal first appeared in chapter 7, "Magician," of the original manga series.)
