Synopsis

Inspector Ganimard III, descendant of Lupin I’s most persistent adversary, arrived in Japan as head of security for the 1972 France Fair. Beneath this official duty, however, lay a more personal ambition: to redeem his family’s tarnished name by capturing Lupin III. He openly provoked the thief, appealing to a sense of familial pride, and daring him to attempt a theft of the Fair’s prized exhibits. Ganimard held a firm belief that logic and scientific methods would ultimately prevail in bringing
