Synopsis

Zenigata received an invitation to an international police convention in Europe. His chief urged him to attend, but Zenigata was reluctant; Lupin had announced his intention to steal a gold bust within the next three days. Determined to apprehend Lupin before departing for the convention, Zenigata vowed to intercept him. News of this reached Lupin, who then began devising a plan that involved a deliberate capture by Zenigata.
