Synopsis

For Fritz Fuchs had promised his godson Mattis a magnificent laser sword for the fantasy party. Yet the carefully chosen 'blue wonder' refused to function, and the hastily acquired replacement was stolen. Who would do such a thing? And why did Keks, the dog, fail to notice the thief? The party was about to begin, and to avoid disappointing Mattis, Fritz had to act quickly. He intended to build a replacement himself. But how, exactly, did a laser sword even work?
