Synopsis

The level of flat tire misery has been unprecedented. One after another, cyclists are finding themselves deflated in the Bärstadt Elk Corner, and invariably, the culprit is a staple. Sabotage? A dedicated enemy of bicycles? Mr. Paschulke is certainly a prime suspect. Fritz intends to catch the perpetrator in the act, devising an ingenious contraption from above. He draws upon his understanding of what remains unseen – the very air itself.
