I’ve got this goofy grin on my face, but happy tears are streaming down. It feels ridiculous. The narrative, the performances, and especially the connection between the leads—I've never become as attached to a Korean drama as I was with this one. Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Joon were just wonderful together, an absolute pleasure to watch. The story itself was cheerful and sweet, brimming with charming moments and smiles, but when the emotional scenes arrived, they really packed a punch. I cherished every minute of it, even all the smaller storylines involving the supporting characters. Everything felt flawless. I previously considered Park Gyu Young and Cha Eun Woo very endearing in _A good day to be a dog_, however, this was something else entirely. The same goes for Jun Ho being the most lovable male lead who falls first—it surpassed that as well. Or even _Crash Landing on You_ with its exceptional romance storyline; this series left them behind. "Sonagi" was such a beautiful and intimate song to Seon Jae’s story, and I appreciated seeing scenes of live music played. It might seem like a minor thing, but it's quite rare in Korean dramas (even those featuring idol actors) and was a really delightful surprise. This drama will stick with me for years, and I know it will always bring a smile to my face when I remember it. I need a yellow umbrella so I can imagine destined romance the next time it rains! 💛💛
