Synopsis

A priceless Celtic cross vanished from Charlotte’s auction house after Lovejoy, seeking a glimpse, persuaded the porter to grant access to a friend. Intrigued, Charlotte and Lovejoy embarked on a pursuit of the thief, their search leading them on an unexpected treasure hunt across the western reaches of Wales. They soon discover they are not the only ones coveting the artifact. Charlotte declined Lovejoy’s offer of a shared room at a village inn.
