Synopsis

Lovejoy orchestrated a peculiar scheme, a clandestine network of dealers designed to artificially inflate the value of a painting he’d submitted for auction. His three companions – Matron, Gideon, and Henry the Hearse – readily joined his endeavor, yet their efforts proved stubbornly resistant to success.
