Synopsis

With Karl showing disturbing signs from the brainwashing video, Kate and Sawyer travel back to the main island, their journey fraught with disagreement over whether to attempt a rescue of Jack. Meanwhile, on Hydra island, as Juliet’s fate hangs in the balance and a conflict erupts amongst the Others, Jack finds himself revisiting memories of his time in Phuket, Thailand, and the enigmatic tattoo artist, Achara, with whom he shared a connection.
