Synopsis

The Others thwarted Sawyer and Kate’s attempt to flee, leaving Sawyer bewildered by the sheer scale of their confinement. Jack was compelled to employ his medical skills in an effort to save the life of one of the captors. Meanwhile, at the beach, Desmond’s increasingly erratic actions drew notice. He commenced the construction of an enigmatic device.
