Synopsis

Claire reappears, having returned from the ordeal aboard Oceanic Flight 815 with no memory of the intervening time. Jack and Locke devise a strategy to protect her from Ethan, the enigmatic captor played by William Mapother, who threatens the remaining survivors with death if she is not returned to him. The crushing disappointment Charlie feels at Claire’s amnesia stirs within him memories of a past disappointment, a woman he had failed.
