Synopsis

It was Annie’s birthday, and her friends had each brought a balloon – her absolute favorites. Overjoyed, she watched as a sudden gust of wind snatched them from her grasp and carried them away. But Annie need not fret; her older brother, Leo, was already resolved to retrieve them.
