Considering how many reboots have emerged targeting audiences too young to remember the originals, it’s refreshing to encounter something so unlike anything else I've seen. Some readers may not be familiar with that kind of experience, but regardless, this feels like a genuine classic. Originality alone won’t guarantee popularity, naturally, which is why the writing is exceptional and the characters provide a platform for the talented cast to produce something truly remarkable.
