Synopsis

As Alaskans welcome the arrival of the Arctic summer, the Hailstone family grapples with an unforeseen challenge born of the land itself. Jessie gathers provisions for the coming months, while Sue rushes against time to secure their remote outpost, Kavik, in preparation for visiting guests. Meanwhile, Ricko and his children find themselves confronting a perilous danger.
