Synopsis

The grim task of examining Vicki Walmsley’s body was interrupted by a report from the Garsington Equine Centre: etorphine had been stolen. The drug had been administered to a horse a year prior, when the animal injured its teenage rider, Joshua Grace – the brother-in-law of Reuben Beatty, the first victim.
