Synopsis

Reuben Beatty, a researcher at the University of Oxford’s Department of Psychology, was found dead in the offices of Randolph James, a self-proclaimed psychic. The cause of death was injection with etorphine, a powerful paralytic. Authorities have been called to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
