Synopsis

Murtaugh and Riggs are dispatched to investigate a theft aboard a plane soaring twenty thousand feet above the earth. The initial case quickly evolves into a protracted search for a flawed father, the daughter of the suspect proving to be their most crucial witness. As Murtaugh attempts to build rapport with her, he encounters resistance and resentment from the young woman.
