Synopsis

Thanks to Gauthier for sharing his account on *Legend Story*. Gauthier was the first psychologist to conduct a forensic evaluation of Monique Olivier, the accomplice and partner of Michel Fourniret in one of the most sordid criminal cases in history. As a reminder, Fourniret abducted, raped, and murdered numerous young girls and women between 1987 and 2003, confessing to at least 11 murders involving Monique Olivier’s active participation. For *Legend*, he looks back in detail at the behind-the-scenes aspects of the investigation and his encounter with Monique Olivier.
