Synopsis

Thanks to Philippe for joining us on LEGEND. Philippe Hartz is a former combat swimmer with the Commando Hubert. He is an elite operator capable of spending four hours underwater to plant explosives on enemy ships. Since the combat swimmer unit was established 72 years ago, only 1,000 qualifications have been awarded—they are a rare breed indeed!
