Synopsis

Thanks to Dylan, a children's activity leader, for joining us in the LEGEND studio. Dylan has been working in the field for 10 years, having served as an activity leader, a trainer, and eventually a director of recreation centers and summer camps. He shares stories about his time with children—covering everything from funny moments to the most serious accidents. He also discusses his work training other activity leaders, recounting encounters with the worst trainees he’s met and reflecting on his relationships with parents.
