Synopsis

Stefan had come close to death confronting the cable thieves, and with the ongoing power outages wreaking havoc, he resolved to seek assistance. Meanwhile, elsewhere, a different kind of planning was underway. Determined to surprise Janet, Stefan’s sister, Chloe, enlisted her help in orchestrating an engagement party.
