Synopsis

Beaver expressed a desire to join a record club and asked Ward for the necessary funds. Weary of the persistent requests for money, Ward resolved to establish an allowance for him. Beaver was delighted with his new acquisitions, yet he neglected the accompanying bills. Soon, a growing pile of records was accompanied by an ever-increasing account balance, exceeding the limits of his allowance.
