Synopsis

The golf game was proving disastrous for Ward. With a frustrated sigh, he snapped his driver and deemed it beyond repair, relegating it to the back of his closet. Later that day, Gilbert persuaded Beaver to spend some time practicing with a few golf balls, using Ward's clubs. A single swing with the damaged driver sent Beaver into a flurry of worried exclamations, convinced he had caused the break.
