Synopsis

Beaver acquired a dilapidated miniature race car from Eddie and now required a suitable set of wheels. He decided to ask Penny Woods if he might borrow the wheels from her discarded doll buggy, a request that quickly led him into an uncomfortable situation: he found himself pushing a doll buggy down the street.
