Synopsis

Beaver acquired a simple magic trick, but found himself disheartened by the polite, perfunctory responses – the ubiquitous “that’s nice” echoing from everyone around him. He received a strikingly different reaction from Bengie when Larry and Beaver persuaded him that Beaver had been transformed into stone.
