Synopsis

Wally, Chester, and Tooey were constructing a vessel of their own, with the intention of sailing it, much to the disapproval of Ward and June. Upon reaching the lake, only Beaver was small enough to board. Once afloat, however, the boat capsized, leaving a drenched Beaver behind. Yet, it was the effort to conceal their afternoon of boating from Ward and June that would truly trouble Wally and Beaver.
