Synopsis

Wally eagerly accepted the opportunity to paint a couple of garbage cans for Ward, who offered fifty cents apiece. But when Eddie mentioned his father had been charged three dollars for the same service, Wally’s enthusiasm waned. It was then that Beaver stepped forward and assumed the task.
