Synopsis

The police traced an eagle tattoo on the body of a man shot and killed during an armored truck robbery to a faction of militia members, and McCoy found himself confronted by one of them. He was acting as the defendant's counsel for his friends, advocating for the principle of jury nullification – the jury’s power to acquit a defendant despite the evidence, in defense of a perceived unjust law.
