Synopsis

Briscoe and Curtis begin to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death of a strikingly young book editor, rumored to have been involved in a clandestine relationship with one of her authors. Their investigation centers on the author’s longtime companion, who consistently maintains that their connection was entirely platonic.
