Synopsis

Shaw and Riley delve into the circumstances surrounding a comedian’s death, triggered by a confrontation on the subway. Though a suspect is apprehended, Baxter argues for escalating the charges, even as Price maintains the suspect is already in custody. The trial then takes an unexpected turn with the emergence of a witness whose testimony casts a significant shadow over the prosecution's case.
