Synopsis

The death of a police detective, off duty at the time, casts a long shadow over the city, threatening to unravel its fragile peace. Cosgrove grieves for a lost friend and seeks guidance from Captain Benson in unraveling the circumstances of the crime. Meanwhile, McCoy and Price find themselves at odds regarding the most effective course of action for bringing the perpetrator to justice.
