Synopsis

The detectives, Cyrus Lupo and Kevin Bernard, discovered Cesar’s body consumed by flames. Cesar was a sixteen-year-old student at a charter school, hailing from a neighborhood marked by hardship. They immediately turned their attention to Moses, Cesar's young mentee, the last known person to have seen him alive, and began to question him.
