Synopsis

The execution-style shooting of a city contractor draws Detectives Briscoe and Green to the conclusion that a professional hitman was likely involved. Their initial inquiries center on potential adversaries of the deceased, but their suspicions eventually fall upon the contractor's wife and her boyfriend, whom they believe to be the employers of the killer. However, subsequent evidence uncovered by McCoy and Southerlyn points to a conspirator previously overlooked by all.
