Synopsis

The discovery of a woman strangled, a large quantity of Ecstasy in her purse, presented Detectives Briscoe and Green with a formidable challenge. Securing enough evidence to indict their prime suspect, drug dealer Francis "Taz" Partell, proved difficult. However, a conversation with one of Partell's former associates yielded a startling revelation: evidence suggesting Partell was also responsible for the earlier murder of a bouncer in Bronx County.
