Synopsis

The demise of a restaurant owner, violent and sudden, draws Briscoe and Green into the orbit of thrill-seeking teenagers. Meanwhile, McCoy and Lewin confront a grim moral question: at what age does a person cease to be responsible for their actions, and thus forfeit the right to life?
