Synopsis

He was once a police officer, now a community activist, and is now considered a suspect in the killings of known sex offenders. The victims of these men all bear a particular mark, a lifelong scar etched by their abuse. The detectives find themselves hampered in their efforts to safeguard potential victims, given the suspect’s past as one of those who inflicted such pain. Their investigation centers on the murders of two convicted rapists.
