It’s great to see familiar faces returning in this Law & Order: Organized Crime installment. However, the storylines have stretched on far too long; these investigations seem to go on indefinitely. The original series always wrapped things up within a single episode. This extended pursuit of one central criminal feels like an exhausting experience. It's hard to understand why they’ve altered a formula that was successful for so many years—some finality would be welcome at this point.
