Synopsis

A government official’s blackmail of two doctors regarding inflated patient bills ends with his death. Yet, the physicians harbor a deeper secret, a vulnerability that casts a long shadow of fear: the knowledge that organized crime funded their practice, and the dread that this truth might be exposed.
