Synopsis

Goren and Eames find themselves drawn into the insular world of an Irish Traveller clan when they investigate the death of Ann Lawson, a probation officer struck by a vehicle multiple times after meeting a friend at a pub. They quickly discover that Ann had been involved with Malcolm Bryce, the father of Paul, one of her clients. Evidence suggests Ann was also deeply connected to the Travellers they are investigating, driven by a desire to protect a young girl from their way of life.
