Synopsis

A man living on the streets was discovered severely beaten and unconscious in a local park. Due to his bipolar disorder, his account of the incident proved fragmented and unreliable, preventing him from identifying his assailant. Consequently, a nearby resident has been formally accused of carrying out the deliberate assault.
